Here’s the typical process for tile and grout cleaning Houston…
Tile and Grout Pre-Treating Phase
The name is self-explanatory. Before we begin the cleaning process, it’s best to have the tiles and grout undergo a pre-treating phase. This will ensure that the job is completed correctly.
First, we can lay down an alkaline-based degreasing solution. We will mop this on to the tiles and grout and ensure that we cover the entire floor for optimal cleaning purposes.
Next, we leave the alkaline solution on the tiles for up to 20 minutes so that it soaks in and really cuts through the dirt and grime.
Finally, once the solution has settled into the tile and grout it begins to loosen up the dirt and grime. We can then wipe down the residue and go through the rest of the cleaning process.
Power Scrubbing the Tiles Phase
When cleaning tiles, it’s important to really cut through all of the grime, dirt and build up. The best way to do that is through power scrubbing. This is ideal because the brushes really work their way through the grime buildup on the tile surface.
And here’s another added bonus…
The power scrubbing brushes will also penetrate the grout lines as well. This ensures that the grout is properly cleaned and maintained.
The Turbo Rinsing Phase
Now that all of the scrubbing has taken place, it’s time to really make the tiles and grout shine. We use pressure heated water to rinse down the tiles and grout and remove all of the dirt and grime buildup that has been scrubbed off during the power scrubbing phase.
Next, it’s time to extract all of the dirty water. This is done in one process and it’s easily accomplished when you have the right machinery and tools to get the job done.
We have no problem taking care of this at Archer Carpet Care. Don’t hesitate to give us a call if you need our help. We’re happy to provide a free quote.
The Repeating Phase
This is where you truly get the most bang for your buck.
Instead of going over the tiles and grout cleaning Houston once, we go above and beyond the call of duty to repeat the process again.
This ensures that you truly have the cleanest tile and grout possible after we are through.
Speed Dry and Inspection Phase
Finally, it’s time to speed dry the tiles and grout and then inspect our work. So that’s exactly what we do in this phase.
